In this serial, the story begins with a minor dizziness of Pediatrician Lale who has a very happy family, and who deeply loves her husband and her two little daughters, which, after medical exams, reveals that she has a tumor in her brain. Thus, Lale's deadly disease leads to major changes in her life as well as the life of her family, Ateş and her children's kindergarten teacher Zeynep .
