Today we're going to show you how to make the apple cider champagne cocktail. This week we're joined by Dan who will help us bust out this champagne drink.

The champagne cocktail is a well established drink and works for many occasions including holidays and general celebrations. The Apple Cider Champagne Cocktail plays very much the same part but has the seasonal flare that comes with fall cocktails.
Apple cider combined with champagne isn't a far stretch of the imagination and Derrick finds a lot of apple notes in champagne to begin with so it's even more of a pairing to him.
Although the Apple Cider Champagne Cocktail isn't going to change the minds of those that dislike champagne or champagne drinks, it's a seasonal cocktail for those that are sick of the same champagne cocktail creations and want to branch out just a bit more!

- 3-5 oz. Champagne (Dry)
- 1/2 oz. Apple Cider
- 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy (use applejack, we have that)
- Pumpkin Pie Spice & Sugar Rim
