Originally credited "by Santa," set as a Secret Santa gift for Zegres, December 2023.

- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Any three adjacent cells along the line must contain digits with three different remainders when divided by 4.
- Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.

"Heavy Ominoes" by Jay Dyer
Logic Masters Germany: https://logic-masters.de/Raetselporta...
SudokuPad: https://tinyurl.com/yeynp7ad

Divide the grid into ominoes (regions of orthogonally connected cells) so that no two ominoes of the same size share an edge. Each cell contains a number equal to its omino's size.

Shade some ominoes, so that no two shaded ominoes share an edge. If the unshaded ominoes were removed, and the shaded ominoes fell down without changing shape of crossing each other, then they would fill the entire bottom half of the grid, still with no same-size ominoes sharing an edge.

A number in a cell with an arrow indicates the number of shaded cells in the direction of the arrow, not counting the arrow's cell.

"Black or White Coral" by KNT
Logic Masters Germany: https://logic-masters.de/Raetselporta...
SudokuPad: https://tinyurl.com/mvvna76c

A coral is to be drawn in the grid: the coral is orthogonally connected, contains no 2x2 area, and does not 'lock in' any cells; that is, all orthogonally connected groups of non-coral cells are orthogonally connected to the boundary.

Clues outside the grid give the lengths of either non-coral or coral segments in the row or column. Where clues are given, they are complete, but not necessarily in the correct order. No row or column contains clues for both non-coral and coral segments at once (this does not necessarily mean the possible non-coral and coral clues for any row or column must be different).

"Pentomino Yajilin" by KNT
Logic Masters Germany: https://logic-masters.de/Raetselporta...
SudokuPad: https://tinyurl.com/48hdx7hn

Draw a loop that moves orthogonally between cells and does not visit any cell more than once. Cells containing clues must not be visited by the loop.

Every other unvisited cell (i.e. those that do not contain clues) must belong to a pentomino - areas of five orthogonally connected cells. No pentomino shape may repeat, including rotations and reflections, and they must not touch each other, not even diagonally. Not all of the 12 possible pentomino shapes must be used.

A clue specifies the number of cells belonging to pentominos in the indicated direction.
