Welcome to my channel. Today we'll learn how to make  Gond ke Ladoo.
Gond Ladoo is a healthy and tasty ladoo recipe prepared from dry fruits, coconut, jaggery and gond. it is a popular north indian dessert recipe prepared especially during the  winter season to provide the necessary heat and warmth. It is rich in calories and nutrients and hence ideal to serve to all class of people even to kids and elderly people. Also Gond is also Beneficial to the pregnant women.
Gond is the noteworthy ingredient in this recipe also known as tragacanth gum in english. It gives a chewy and tough texture to the laddu recipe. moreover, the laddu also contains the usage of Sugar / jaggery syrup which holds all the ingredients together. also the combination of coconut, gond, dates and Sugar / Jaggery  produces a lot of heat and hence consumed  in the winter season .
INGREDIENTS :
- ½ Kg Wheat Flour,
- Clarified Butter ( Desi Ghee ) , as required.
- ½ Kg. Tagar ( Boora ).
- ½ Cup Cashew Nuts,
- 1 Cup Grated Coconuts,
- ½ Cup raisins,
- 100 Gms . Edible Gum ( Gond ).
- Handful of Muskmelon Seeds,
- Handful of Pistachios,
- Handful of Chopped Almonds,

RECIPE :
- Roast  the wheat flour in a Wok, nicely, till turn golden brown and gets Aromatic. Keep Stirring otherwise it may burn. Keep the flames on medium.
- Transfer to a Mixing Pot.
- Heat 4-5 Tbsp of Clarified butter in a Wok,
- Once gets enough hot, Deep fry the edible gums till turn golden and puffy. fry all the edible gum in the same way in batches.
- Keep the fried gond aside for cooling a little.
- Mean while fry all the dry fruits in the same oil. You can choose the dry fruits like Chopped Almonds, raisins, cashew nuts, Muskmelon Seeds and Pistachios.
- Once Fried / Roasted nicely, transfer it the plate.
- Fry the Grated coconut also till turn Golden brown, transfer it the Wheat flour’s pot along with clarified butter.
- By now the Fried Gum gets little cool ( still warm ). Crush it coarsely with a spoon or with hand. Please do not grind it in a Mixi, otherwise it may turn in a fine Powder.
- Now heat / Melt Clarified butter in a Wok,
- Combine / Mix nicely all the ingredients i.e. Roasted Wheat flour and Dry fruits add Coarsed Gum into it , Mix well.
- Filter Tagar ( Boora ) over the mixture .
- Pour melted Clarified butter over it.
- Mix nicely.
- Add as much Clarified butter as it holds binds nicely the ladoos.
- Now take some mixture in hand and make ladoo of  size n shape of your choice, by pressing and rolling in between your hands.
A very very tasty , delicious and nutritious Gond ke ladoo is repared.
Enjoy it or you can store them in a air tight Container for a month’s time.
Any one can enjoy it. It is also beneficial to the Pregnant Women.
Take one ladoo each with hot milk daily to keep you and your loved ones warm during Winter.
