The East River Drive is the Electro-Harmonix take on the JRC4558 IC-chip - y'know, the one that's in a certain iconic, green overdrive pedal? Great for adding some grit to a clean amp or boosting the front-end of a distorted amp, the East River Drive is touch-responsive and open-sounding, making it useful in any rig.
The East River Drive overdrive pedal also features True-Bypass switching to help keep your original tone intact. I'm particularly impressed with the sound of the East River Drive in in lower gain settings, the sound and character of your guitar really cuts through.
