In Hannam-dong, there are three
In Hannam-dong, there are three residential areas favored by top celebrities. UN Village, Hannam The Hill, and Nine One Hannam to introduce today. In Nine One Hannam, even the smallest unit has an exclusive area of over 200㎡, and the largest 274㎡ unit is priced at 10 billion won (about $8.4 million).
It was first known as the apartment where Big Bang's GD lived, but since then BTS members have bought this apartment and it has become even more famous. Many celebrities and businessmen live in this apartment, including actor Lee Jong-suk, singer Yoon-jung Jang, and Naver founder Hae-jin Lee, chairman of Line.
Unlike UN Village and Hannam The Hill, which are located deep on the hill, Nine One Hannam is located on the roadside. It is a major transportation hub with convenient access to Gangnam, Gangbuk, and Olympic-daero. However, the apartment building is only 5 to 9 stories high and the complex is not very big, so it is not very noticeable.
Gourmet 494, which is also located in Galleria Department Store in Apgujeong-dong, is operating in the commercial building attached to the apartment. There are restaurants and cafes such as AndersonC, Blue Bottle, Our, and Tamtam Rice Noodles, and the alleyway leading to Hangangjin Station from the back of NINE ONE is full of hip cafes.
Although I couldn't go inside the apartment complex, it was a pleasant enough walk just to look around.
