創業35年以上の立ち食いそば「よりみち」は82歳のご主人と息子さんでお店を切り盛りしています。常連のお客さんには注文を聞く前からそばを作りはじめます。
洗練された蕎麦作りと接客は必見です。動画の後半では息子さんの蕎麦作りの様子も撮影しています。
