Episode 28 - The Cramp Twins
After a particularly heavy bout of bullying and ‘girl pants’ name-calling, Lucien decides he needs to toughen himself up and stand up to Wayne. Luckily Tony Parsons has found a self-help book entitled ‘Grizzly Mike’ which could be useful. Lucien and Tony get to work on the prescribed toughening programme, which entails them stripping down to their underpants and growling like a bear. Wayne, meanwhile, tears his pants at the junkyard and Mrs. Cramp drags him to the mall to buy a new pair. After initially rejecting every pair his Mom shows him, Wayne ends up with a super-elasticated yellow pair. Wayne is delighted by the versatility of these new pants, which he turns into a catapult, ammunition-storage, etc and uses to torment Tony and Lucien. The pair doubt the teachings of Grizzly Mike and decide to visit the author and tell him his methods stink. When the boys meet Grizzly Mike’s bullying wife, Lucien notices her distinctive yellow pants. They look familiar… The next day Lucien encourages Wayne to wear his new pants for school. Once there he finds Miss Hissy is wearing the same pair. The class all point and laugh as Wayne realises he is wearing girl pants!
