Join us for a 400 REP CHALLENGE using dumbbells and working your lower body. If you have only 15 minutes, that's okay! You'll be able to stop half way through at 200 reps. You'll need a mat for our last two exercises since we will be going down on the floor for them. LET'S DO THIS.
