اگه تا الان قارچ رو معمولی می شستی و پوستش رو میگرفتی و یا اینکه فلفل دلمه رو خرد میکردی و توی کیسه فریزری فریز میکردی دست نگه دار و این ویدئو رو تا آخر ببین
تو این ویدئو بهتون صفر تا صد شستن صحیح قارچ رو بدون اینکه پوستشو بگیرین یاد میدم فقط کافیه کمی آرد،نمک و آبلیمو آماده کنین و برای همیشه این ترفند فوق العاده رو یاد بگیرین
برای بسته بندی فلفل دلمه دیگه نه خردش کن نه از کیسه فریزری استفاده کن این ویدئو رو تا آخر ببین که هم روش درست بسته بندی و هم وکیوم فلفل دلمه رو یا بگیری

۱) اول قارچ ها رو داخل زیپ کیپ قرار بدین
۲) یک قاشق آرد و کمی نمک‌و کمی آبلیمو اضاف کنین
۳) بقیه کیسه رو آب سرد بریزین و ببندینش و احازه بدین ۱۵ دقیقه بمونه و بعد آبکشی کنین
۴) برای فریز کردن فلفل دلمه اول قسمت بالا رو مثل دلمه باز کنین و توش رو خالی کنین
۵) قسمت بالای فلفل رو داخلش قرار بدین و توی قابلمه بذارین و تا نصفشون آب بریزین
۶) روی خرارت بذارین ووقتی آب جوشید و کمی رنگشون عوض شد از آب خارجشون کنین
۷)مرتب توی زیپ کیپ قرار بدین و با کمک نی هوای اضافش رو خالی کنین و توی فریزر قرارشون بدین
