Taliban mustn't let terrorism gain foothold, NATO says

The Taliban must prevent Afghanistan from lapsing back into being a breeding ground for terrorism, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said, adding that members of the alliance have the capacity to respond to future threats.
