A quick and easy way
A quick and easy way to make a great glaze for your ham.With the holidays coming up this pineapple glaze is really good baked on your ham or use for dipping.

Ingredients
Canned pineapple chunks 20 Ounce, diced (crushed/chunky)
Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add in the canned pineapple and place on medium heat.
2. Stir in brown sugar and corn starch, mix well. Add in the lemon juice and yellow mustard. Mix all the ingredients and let it simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
SERVING
3. Serve the pineapple glaze with ham or any of your favorite dish.
