Friendly Wild Deer Fawn

If you see a fawn without a mother present, usually, the baby deer is not abandoned, unless you are absolutely certain of it. The mother will temporarily ditch the fawn to draw the potential threat's attention away from it, and when the threat is gone, the mother will return to its fawn.
