Life on the Rock... Whole Grilled Mutton Snapper (Catch/Clean/Cook)

It took us a while to get this episode edited but back in June 2022 we had a great day on the X3 bayboat. We went fishing for mutton snapper and caught a few nice ones, two of them on the mini rod! We also caught some yellowtail snapper but the highlight of the trip was grilling the snapper whole and sharing it with our friends at Bud n' Mary's Marina. Enjoy!
