🍛 Recipe
🔪Prep
1. Wash pork bones with water to remove foreign substances
2. Drain the blood in cold water for 5-6 hours
3. Soak bracken in cold water for 5-6 hours
4. Chop the garlic finely and slice the chives.
🍳Cooking
1. Boil pork bones and pork hind legs without blood and boil for 5 to 10 hours.
2. Add garlic and green onion to remove odor
3. Boil the soaked bracken for 5-7 hours to make it soft.
4. Remove the water from the bracken, cool it, and tear it with a knife.
5. Boil the pork hind leg until soft and tear it with a knife.
6. Mix the minced garlic, pork and bracken well. (Requires salt, I also added a little Miwon)
7. Boil pork bone broth, pork and bracken from step 6 in a pot.
8. Season with salt and dissolve buckwheat flour in water to increase the viscosity of the yukgaejang.
9. Garnish with chives, red pepper powder and sesame to finish
