2 tsp Cornflower
1/2 tsp Baking powder

FILLING
Optional
Double Thick cream
Strawberry Jam

OR

100g Butter, soft
170g Icing sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 Baking tray
Greece proof paper

1 Piping Bag
Edible glitter to top off the biscuits

Bake 180c/160c for approx 10 - 12 mins (slightly brown)
