In this video Anthony and I are taking each other through an intense shoulder & tricep workout. What I love about this video is that it shows who we are in the gym! WORKOUT DETAILS...

1. DB shoulder press
warm up set - 12 reps
set 2 - 10-12 reps
set 3 - 8 reps
set 4 - failure

2. Lateral raise w/ one arm eccentric hold
4 x 10 reps each arm little to no rest in-between
(1 set is completed in between alternating arms)

3. Tricep push down (droplet/superset) 3 sets total
overhand grip - 10-12 reps
reverse grip - 12 reps

4. DB front raise
3 x 12-15
set 4 - hammer grip raise till failure

5. Overhead tricep extension
3 x 12

6. Cable face pulls
3 x 15
set 3 - surprise drop set down till failure
