Hotel Royal St Georges Interlaken - MGallery.
Having stayed at this hotel a few times now when spending time in the Jungfrau Region of the Swiss Alps, I can highly recommend it.
The rooms have old world charm, but with all the modern conveniences.
My last 2 stays have resulted in being upgraded to a corner balcony room in the adjoining building (connected by a elevated enclosed walkway on the 1st floor).
The breakfast on offer is incredible, with a wide range of fresh and tasty delights, they will also make custom omelettes for you upon request.
For dinner, the hotel restaurant, Brasserie St Georges has a good selection of Classic French dishes, plus specialties from Switzerland.
On one night I had the Cheese Fondue Saint Georges... AMAZING!!! But too much food for one. On another night the Pumpkin Pistachio Soup, with Bread Service including Chipotle Butter & Salted Butter, then the Berner Rosti (Fried Egg, Bacon, Onions, Raclette over Grated Potatoes), Totally Delicious.
The hotel is located conveniently near the Interlaken Ost Train Station, and only a few minutes walk to the main shopping area, park, & Harder Kulm Funicular station.
