Here is a short video showing the method we use to flip boats at the shop. This gantry is very simply made from wood we sourced from a local bis box store with some rollers and some trailer winches you can get from a marine store. It works very well for smaller boats ranging from 10 feet to 26 feet. Hope you enjoy the video and thank you for watching!
