The poor cake of Tuscany.

Castagnaccio is a chestnut flour cake, originally from Tuscany.
It seems that the inventor of castagnaccio was a Lucca called "Pilade da Lucca" around 1550. This recipe from my grandmother is original from the Garfagnana valley.

In Italiano and sub: English, French, Spanish

Ingrediants:
200 g of sifted chestnut flour
220 g of warm water
1 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
40 g of walnuts
50 g of raisins
40 g of pine nuts
1 pinch of salt
Sprig of rosemary
Grated orange zest
Oil for greasing the pan

0:01 min Introduction
0:45 min Soak the raisins
0:57: min Turn on the oven
1:03 min Sift the chestnut flour
1:32 min Let's add the water.
2:00 min Pinch of salt
2:10 min Drizzle of oil
2.20 min Orange peel
2:25 min Let's add the walnuts
2:50 min A little pine nuts.
3:21 min baking tray preparation.
3:49 min Final decorations
4:23 min In the oven
4:39 min Ready
