100% Correct and working method which will tell you how to install the latest cleo (Cleo 4+), installing SAMPFUNCS 5.3 (Latest) and also how do you install cleo mods and SF plugins, properly !
Many of my viewers were asking me to make one such tutorial as many want to learn how to install Cleo mods and SF Plugins, and also wanted to know how to install cleo package and sampfuncs properly in order to enjoy cool mods which keep coming.
Seeing on youtube that there are not much tutorials regarding this, I made one which will clear all your doubts, regarding installation of cleo, sampfuncs, Cleo mods and SF plugins.
So here is the complete all in one video tutorial video for you guys, hope you like it.

Note: Make sure to run SAMP as Admin after installing cleo and sampfuncs !
IF FOLDER AND INI FILES ARE NOT CREATED?
This happens if you have your game installed on the windows partition and have UAC on.
Those files will be created in your x:\users\your user\appdata\local\VirtualStore\path
You can either copy the files from there to your GTA folder, or run the game as admin once.
