The Maruti Suzuki Zen, produced from 1993 to 2006, was a popular hatchback known for its peppy performance and fuel efficiency in India. This 5-door car offered a choice between a 1.0-liter petrol engine or a 1.5-liter diesel engine, delivering a mileage of 15-20 kmpl depending on the variant. The Zen went through a minor facelift in 1997 with body-colored bumpers and was even exported to some European countries. A popular choice in 1997, the Maruti Suzuki Zen hatchback underwent a subtle refresh with body-colored bumpers.
