Ingredients: (22-24cm)
 3 eggs
zest of a lemon
120g sugar (2/3 cup)
6 tablespoons of oil (100ml)
200ml of milk (3/4 cup)
280g flour (2 cups + 1/3 cup)
1 tablespoon of baking powder 15g
40g powdered pistachio (1/4 cup)
caramel
Cook for 35-40 minutes at 175C

Recipe #2  
Ingredients: (22cm): 1 glass =200ml
Mandarins: 3 pieces
Pinch of salt
1 glass of sugar 130g
3/4 glass of oil 120ml
2 eggs
Vanilla sugar
Flour 200G
1 tablespoon of baking powder 15g
Sugar (1 tbsp)
Cook for 30-35 minutes at 175C
