Chef recreates FOOD WARS food in real life! Beef Bourguignon, the classic infamous dish of French Cuisine and inspired to many by individuals such as Julia Child.
In this video we're going deep into the classics of French cooking 101. The one pot wonder, slow cooked, tender as f*** comfort meal to make at home...and as always, with the surprise twist inspired from Food Wars!
This needs no further introduction as we find out what the secret ingredient that is used in the anime Food Wars to quickly tenderize and marinade the meat while we go through step by step of creating flavors layer by layer. Starting the base with a mirepoix foundation and half a bottle of red wine! Sinful, indulgent, and completely bad ass.
