This video shows all you need to know about swapping earwires for leverback settings.  The best thing about having this basic jewelry making skill is that you can customize jewelry you already have, or something in the store that isn't exactly what you like.  I only wear lever back earrings and retail stores usually sell stuff on earwires.  Now I buy what is pretty, and alter them to my liking!
