Katmai Cams Are BACK - Which Bear Was First to the Falls? (6/20)

In case you missed it, the cams at Katmai went LIVE Thursday morning!

Though I know some of you are already full-fledged bear addicts, I am also well aware that many are joining in this adventure for the very first time. Do understand - the bears are not on a completely predictable schedule. We don't quite know who will show up when. It builds throughout the next month or so, as the salmon also build up in the streams.

With that being said... we were treated to our first on-cam bear sighting already today! (And a few other Katmai residents made an appearance as well.)

This is a quick video that is meant to not only reveal a couple of quick highlights from day one, but also to familiarize the newbies with a couple of quick basics. Enjoy!!

**Do keep in mind, the bears can be active at all hours & my recaps will surely not be inclusive of all highlights every day. I strongly encourage you to pop in to check out the various different cams at your leisure. Get to know the area. Find your peace & tranquility amidst the landscapes and always keep an eye out for the action!
