Motorcycle rider is detained by police at a DUI checkpoint but declines to answer questions. The cop reads off the name of the rider written on the palm of his hand.
This is the last illegal roadblock in Tahoe before they stopped conducting roadblocks in northern Nevada due to bad cop shenanigans. Again, the rider is recognized and waved through. The Sparks police officer at the stop sign is Eric Atkins, who might be interested in purchasing the rights to some dash cam video from Dec. 18, 2010.
