New affordable housing complex in Linda Vista opens for seniors

The County of San Diego opened a new affordable housing complex in Linda for seniors. The complex  as 120 units, and seniors will be expected to pay $600 to $1,200 with vouchers to offset the cost. The County used surplus land it already owns to create affordable housing.
