Aaj Masala Kitchen Me Bana Rahe Hai Tomato Chutney Recipe. Ek Bar Ghar Par try Keejiye Ye Tasty Recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
FOR CHUTNEY:
* Oil (तेल) - 1 tbsp
* Panch Phoron Masala (पंच फोरन मसाला) - 1 tsp
* Dry whole Red chili (सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च) - 2 chilies
* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1 pinch
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
* Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 4
* Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp
* Dates (पिंड खजूर) - some
* Raisins (किशमिश) - some
* Mango Bars (आम पापड़) - some
* Sugar (चीनी) - some
* Lemon juice (निम्बू का रस) - 1 tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 tsp
FOR PANCH PHORON MASALA:
* Fennel seeds (सौंफ)
* Cumin seeds (जीरा)
* Fenugreek seeds (मेथी दाना)
* Nigella seeds (कलौंजी)
* Mustard seeds (राई)
RECIPE:
For Panch Phoran Masala, Take Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Nigella Seeds and Mustard Seeds.
Keep a pan on flame, put some Oil, Panch Phoran Masala, Dried Whole Red Chilies and Asafoetida in it.
When the Spices starts crackling, turn the flame slow and put Turmeric Powder, chopped Tomatoes and Salt and then turn the flame medium and cook it for 10 mins. Stir the Chutney again and again in between and mash the Tomatoes while cooking.
Then put some soaked and chopped Dates, Raisins, Mango Bars, Sugar, Lime Juice and some Kashmiri Red Chili Powder. Turn the flame slow and let it to be cooked for some time.
Turn the flame off and the Bengali Tomato Chutney will get ready to serve.
