Oil 1 Tbsp
Ghee 2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
Ginger – 1 inch
Garlic – 1 Tbsp
Onion – 3 no.
Salt – TT
Turmeric powder ½ Tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tsp
Kashmiri lal – 1.5 Tsp
Tomato -2 no.
Curd (Beaten) – 2 Tbsp
Mushrooms 150 gms
Babycorn 100 gms (Blanched)

For Mushroom fry
Ghee 2 Tbsp
Bay leaf 1 no.
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Cloves 1 No.
Black pepper corn 4 no.
Green cardamom 1 no
Black cardamom 1 no.
Onion 1 no.
Kashmiri Lal mirch 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Kasuri Methi ½ Tsp
Coriander – 2 Tbsp

Method- Heat oil and ghee, add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic, sauté a bit then add sliced onions and sauté till it turns golden brown in colour.
Add dry turmeric, coriander powder and Kashmiri lal mirch then add tomatoes and sauté a bit.
Add water and cover the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring in between.
Once 10 minutes are done then cool it down and stir in beaten curd in it. Make the fine puree of the cooked gravy.
In other pan heat, add all whole garam masalas in it and let it crackle. Add sliced onions and then Kashmiri lal mirch. Then add washed mushrooms and sauté them a bit, add little water.
Add blanched babycorn in it and then blended gravy which we have made. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped coriander and kasuri methi, mix it and serve it hot.
