Hot Cocoa Bomb Tutorial: A Beginner’s Guide! Tips and Tricks, Supplies, and Packaging Ideas!

I LOVE making Hot Chocolate Bombs (aka HCB’s) when the weather cools down. Here’s a tutorial for how I like to make mine. There are several different methods and techniques, so I encourage you to take a look at the others too and see what works for you.
