How to make Pickled eggplants in Olive Oil and preserve them for all winter??
Just follow the instructions in the video and you will have delicious aubergines to enjoy in an aperitif, as a side or in your healthy salads.

Ingredients used:
-4 glass jars of 580ml
-5 kg aubergines
-Salt
-1L - 1.5ml of white vinegar
-garlic cloves
-parsley
-chili pepper
-olive oil
