Sir Keir Starmer has said his government will be one of “service” in his first address to the nation as Prime Minister.
Sir Starmer, speaking outside Number 10 Downing Street, said: “I say to you directly: “Whether you voted Labour or not, in fact, especially if you did not, I say to you directly: My government will serve you.”
