In the The flash world of GTA 5 ! The last fight Black Flash has taken down both flash and reverse flash and bring them to a world where DEATH is located ! But this also give Barry a speed boost to makes him faster and stronger ! And this is how he becomes the blue flash in my story ! :) And he will uses this power to stop black flash and bring reverse flash back to the real world !
