Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes With Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ice Cream Cone Cakes are such a fun treat for the birthday parties! Bonus is, it is an eggless chocolate recipe that can be used to make cupcakes also. these icecream cone cakes loo so attractive and somuch fun and  easy to make. Try this quick and easy recipe that will make baking a breeze !
This eggless chocolate recipe  can be used to bake a regular cake(it yields a 6” round cake)

Ingredients

Dry ingredients
All-Purpose Flour 1/2 cup(62g)
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Caster sugar 1/3 cup (75g) (though sugar is considered as wet ingredients I am add ing it here for this particular recipe)

Wet ingredients
Milk 1/3 cup
1/4 cup curd
Melted butter 1/4 cup (55g)
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Icecream cones
50g chocolate
Some sprinkles to decorate the cones

Oven preheated at 350f/180C degree

Note: I would recommend to finish these on the same day, the cone will get soggy the next day of left outside at room temp
