Foot pain, foot arthritis or plantar fasciitis? Two movements to try

Painful feet? 🦶

Just like how strength and muscle support can bring relief to larger joints like the knee and hip- it can also apply to smaller joints in the feet ☝🏽

These two movements work different muscles of the foot and ankle to help bring more stability to the foot and work out some imbalances that may be present 👏🏼

Start with a LIGHT resistance band ⚠️

Going too heavy on the resistance band can compromise form and can lead to further compensations ☝🏽

These movements should not increase pain significantly and they should feel good ✅

Start with only 1 or 2 sets at first to make sure you don’t have any pain or soreness afterwards. Listen to your body and give it the movement it craves.

For the second exercise, try to keep your knees stationary and just move at the foot and ankle 🦶
