SHRIMP and FISH TACOS COVE Style | CRISPY and PERFECT 🍤🐟 Battered
Hello friends 🙂, today I bring you a super delicious recipe, some cove-style shrimp and fish tacos, super crunchy and perfect, after several tests we achieved the perfect texture, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with jumbo shrimp and fish fillet in strips, also at the end with what we have left we make some cove-style asparagus as well or overflowing asparagus, whatever they want to call them. 😊
Ingredients:
300g (10oz) of FISH
500g (1 lb) SHRIMP
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon GARLIC POWDER
1/2 teaspoon of ONION POWDER
SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 EGG
1 BEER 350ml (12oz)
Extra flour
VEGETABLE OIL
