CHOCOLATE CRINKLES
Makes 24 Cookies

INGREDIENTS

100 grams unsweetened alkalized cocoa powder
400 grams caster sugar
100 grams vegetable oil
200 grams whole eggs
 10 grams pure vanilla extract
250 grams all-purpose flour
   6 grams baking powder
   4 grams fine sea salt
100 grams confectioner's sugar, sifted (for coating cookies)
