- 1-2 Heads Of Napa Cabbage (Get Enough For 6lbs Worth = Yield 3 Liters)
- 4 Tbsp Salt (Per Head Of Cabbage)
- 1-1.5 Carrots
- 1/2 Onion
- 4 Stalks Green Onion
- 2/3 Cup Pureed Garlic
- 1tsp Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Beef Dashida (Beef Boullion, Msg)
- 1 Cup Red Pepper Flakes (I Use A Brand By Wang Korea)
- 3tsp Sugar
- 2 Tsp Salted Shrimp Sauce
- 1/2 Cup (Anchovy) Fish Sauce (I Use A Korean Brand By Assi)
