Smoked Swineapple

How to Smoke a Swineapple start to finish. You have to try one of these they are awesome. You take a Pineapple trim it and wrap it in bacon. Then you carve out the inside and stuff it with cut up marinated Pork Loin. The Smoked Pineapple rubbed with brown sugar is so sweet & delicious. The crisp bacon on the outside with the marinated pork loin on the inside is the best ever.  Hope you enjoy it.
