Can You Beat Double Garrador Room on Professional with Pistol and Knife Only? Resident Evil 4 Remake

I am working on a Professional Pistol and Knife Only run. Surprisingly, I thought this room would be the worst part of the run and, surprisingly,  I didn't die once. My best advice for this room is to corral all the normal guys and try and get the garradors to kill them. Saved me a bunch of ammo. Let me know what you think in the comments. Thanks!
