Spiritual Bhajans, Loris, Monsoon Tunes, Sufi music, and even a Bollywood tune. As you master the pieces you will discover the special techniques, Ragas, Talas, and apply ornaments or flourishing ways used to sound authentically Indian. Everything is based on the styles played on Indian Mohan Veena and Chaturangi guitars. As well as evoking the sounds of other native instruments like Sarod, Sitar or Veena. The video comes with a PDF including scores and tablatures of the compositions. Everything can be applied to any type of slide guitar including bottleneck style or lap steel, acoustic and electric. The music is played using the Indian C alternative tuning. This tuning does not apply more tension than the standard, hence it can be used on any guitar without needing to change its strings gauge.
