A perfect homemade mango squash which is better than the market! Just pour the squash mix with water and serve, yes as easy as that.

🔶 INGREDIENTS:

• Ripe Mangoes(Langra) - 4 nos. (1kg)  **You can take any variety of Ripe Mangoes.
• Sugar - Same proportion as Mango Puree
• Water - Same proportion as Sugar
• Citric Acid(Nimbu ke Phul) - 1/2 teaspoon

** The proportion of Mango Puree, Sugar & Water should be equal. (Ratio - 1:1:1)

🔶 NOTES:

• No one thread consistency of sugar syrup is required for the preparation of Mango Squash.
• You can add Lemon juice instead of Citric Acid.
• After addition of Mango puree to the sugar syrup, cooking it well on Medium flame for about 10 to 12 minutes is very important.
• Sterilize the bottle well in hot boiling water and clean & dry it properly. No moisture should be left in the bottle.
• Prepared Mango squash can be stored in refrigerator for about an year. Whereas without refrigeration, it can be stored for about 3 to 4 months.
