White Radish 335g | 白蘿蔔 335 克
Fish balls 300g | 魚蛋 300 克
Garlic 2 cloves | 蒜頭 2 隻
Shallots 1 lobes | 蔥頭 1 隻
Curry powder 1 tbsp | 咖哩粉 1 湯匙
Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp | 黃薑粉 1/8 茶匙
Chicken boullion 1/4 tsp | 鸡精 1/4茶匙
Chu Hou Paste 1 tbsp | 柱侯酱 1 湯匙
Sa Cha sauce 1 tbsp | 沙茶醬 1 湯匙
Water from boiling radish 2 cups | 蘿蔔水 2 杯
Evaporated milk 100 ml | 花奶 100 毫升
Oyster sauce 2 tsp | 蠔油 2 茶匙
Sugar 1 tsp | 糖 1 茶匙
For the slurry:
Corn Starch 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp water | 澱粉 1 湯匙 + 1 湯匙水
