Lexus RX330 No Crank No Start Starter Replacement (EASY)

Today I did a diagnostic for this Lexus RX330. Customer stated it was a no crank no start. I confirmed the voltage, relays, and fuses were all good. the only thing left is to remove and replace the starter. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out how easy this starter was going to be to replace. In total it was just shy of an hour Labor.
