Doch wie funktioniert denn nun eine richtige Degustation? In einer mehrmonatigen Schulung haben Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Verkauf sich genau mit dieser Frage beschäftigt und eine Menge an Hintergrundinformationen rund um unsere Rohstoffe, den Herstellungsprozess und unseren Sinnen erlernt.
Heute dürfen sie sich Läderach Taste Advisor nennen und vermitteln ihr Wissen in den spannenden "Instore Chocolate Tasting"-Events - selbstverständlich mit ganz viel Schokolade.

All five of our senses come into play when enjoying our chocolate - and make our products taste even more intense.
But how does a proper tasting actually work? In a training course lasting several months, our colleagues in sales dealt with precisely this question and learned a lot of background information about our raw materials, the manufacturing process and our senses.
Today they can proudly call themselves Läderach Taste Advisors and pass on their knowledge in the exciting "Instore Chocolate Tasting" events - with lots of chocolate, of course.
