I'm Exhausted (seriously!)

Hi, I'm Melanie and I live in Lancashire. I am currently struggling with severe anxiety and depression and most days I find it hard to have any motivation to do anything or even leave the house. I am vlogging, as much as I can, to try and encourage and push myself to do something daily instead of sitting round doing nothing. I feel like it will give me something to do but also something to look back on to see if I am improving or just to see how I was feeling at that particular time.
