Four foreign nationals who arrived to attend ‘Bodh Mahotsava 2023’ in Bihar’s Gaya tested positive for COVID-19 at Gaya airport on December 26. They have been isolated at a hotel in Bodh Gaya. “Four foreigners -three from Myanmar and one from Bangkok-have tested positive for COVID-19 at Gaya airport. They are asymptomatic and have been placed under isolation,” said Civil Surgeon Ranjan Kumar Singh. The foreigners had come to Bodh Gaya to attend the Dalai Lama's teaching program to be held on 29, 30 and 31 December.
