Spelling errors, incorrect label art, data errors, wrong transparency, incorrect circuit board text, lack of indented number, wrong model number, wrong product code, incorrect logo design, wrong cartridge color, incorrect licensing references, cheap labels, trouble migrating to DS, file gets deleted
