Trail to the Brink of the Lower Falls in Yellowstone National Park
This Park Travel Review is about the Trail to the Brink of the Lower Falls in Yellowstone National Park.  This trail is often mistaken for an overlook on the map. Please subscribe to our Channel if you enjoy exploring our parks and public lands!  It is a steep trail that should not be attempted if you have health conditions that effect your heart or lungs.  This trail descends 300 feet in less than half a mile down the the rivers edge and to the spot where the Yellowstone river plunges into the Grand Canyon in Yellowstone National Park.  From this trail, you can get views of the Upper Falls, but you cannot see both the Upper Falls and Lower Falls at the same time.  Once you reach the bottom, there are 2 platforms for viewing the river.  We recommend this trail in the early morning or in the evening after the crowds clear out a bit.
